Although we will use our experience to recommend certain features and workflows, we don't expect you to know everything you need at the start of the project. Neither will we recommend technology for the sake of it. If it ain't broke...

In fact we encourage you to implement the new system in stages, perhaps starting with bookings and patient documents and adding invoicing and online booking later on.

We understand the frustration of technical issues. You and your team can call us any time and we will try to put things right there and then - the vast majority of issues are solved immediately.

Where necessary, we will wait on hold on the phone to third party companies for as long as it takes to get your issues seen to.  We have great relationships with many practice management system companies, which can be to your advantage when they prioritise 'bug fixes' and their own product development.

Training isn't a one-off event for you and your team.  We are happy to do as much training as required to make things easy for you to do your jobs.  We will also provide training and support materials for you in a medium that suits you. Our clients love our three-minute bespoke videos!
