How we work

All work with clients starts with a short (30-45 minutes) meeting, in person, via telephone or online, where we can start getting to know each other, you can give us an overview of your practice and we can get a feel for how you work, where you are and where you want to be. This is free of charge

  • Speaking to you and your secretary (if you have one) and perhaps your accountant to understand how you do things - it's all in the detail

  • Documenting your current workflow and proposing changes

​

  • Identifying and demonstrating a choice of practice management systems (PMS) to you and your secretary. There are hundreds on the market - we have shortlisted the best ones

​

  • Customising the selected PMS to fit your needs (patient notes, letters to GPs and patients, reminder emails and texts to reduce no-shows, integration with your accounting system etc)

​

  • Importing patient data from your existing systems where possible

​

  • Training you and your secretary on all aspects of the new system. You will both have ample opportunity to dummy-run all aspects before 'going live'

​

  • Planning a sensible date to 'go live'. We will be available on-site for immediate support throughout the first few clinics

​

  • Explaining and implementing what you need to do to be GDPR (data protection and privacy laws) compliant

​

  • Planning and implementing the digitisation of your archive of patient notes

​

  • Setting up domain names and email accounts for your practice

​

  • Integrating a booking system into any existing website

 

  • Setting up a website 

​

  • Setting up social media

​

  • Any other digital support you may need (setting up your mobile phone etc)

​

Together we refine and agree what work will be done (including all costs) before work begins.
