How we work
All work with clients starts with a short (30-45 minutes) meeting, in person, via telephone or online, where we can start getting to know each other, you can give us an overview of your practice and we can get a feel for how you work, where you are and where you want to be. This is free of charge

Speaking to you and your secretary (if you have one) and perhaps your accountant to understand how you do things - it's all in the detail

Documenting your current workflow and proposing changes

Identifying and demonstrating a choice of practice management systems (PMS) to you and your secretary. There are hundreds on the market - we have shortlisted the best ones

Customising the selected PMS to fit your needs (patient notes, letters to GPs and patients, reminder emails and texts to reduce no-shows, integration with your accounting system etc)

Importing patient data from your existing systems where possible

Training you and your secretary on all aspects of the new system. You will both have ample opportunity to dummy-run all aspects before 'going live'
