Bringing your team with you

The key to getting the most out of a new system is to involve your team right from the start. You may be surprised to find that we spend more time with your secretary than with you

Sensitive and timely training sessions will mean your team will have confidence in the new system long before it goes live

Your team will be able to phone for technical help and get an immediate response either by phone, online video conferencing or by a site visit. No additional payments are required under the maintenance agreement

How we work
All work with clients starts with a short (30-45 minutes) meeting in person, via telephone or online where we can start getting to know each other. You can give us an overview of your practice and we can get a feel for how you work, where you are and where you want to be. This is free of charge.

Speaking to you and your secretary (if you have one) and perhaps your accountant to understand how you do things - it's all in the detail

Documenting your current workflow and proposing changes

Identifying and demonstrating a choice of practice management systems (PMS) to you and your secretary. There are hundreds on the market - we have shortlisted the best ones

Customising the selected PMS to fit your needs (patient notes, letters to GPs and patients, reminder emails and texts to reduce no-shows, integration with your accounting system etc)

Importing patient data from your existing systems where possible

Training you and your secretary on all aspects of the new system. You will both have ample opportunity to dummy-run all aspects before 'going live'

I had been planning to 'go paperless' for some time but struggled to prioritise the change. Practice Managent Systems (PMS) are apps that are used through a web browser (such as Chrome, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge or Safari) or installed on your computer/tablet.

We understand the frustration of technical issues, so you can call us from your clinic or your team from their office and we will try to put things right there and then - in fact the vast majority of issues are solved immediately.

Where necessary, we will wait on hold to third party companies for as long as it takes to get your issues seen to. In fact we have great relationships with many Practice Management System companies, which can be to your advantage when they prioritise 'bug fixes' and their own development work.

Training isn't a one-off event for you and your team. We are happy to do as much training as required to make things easy for you to do your jobs. We will also provide training and support materials for you in a medium that suits you and are particluarly proud of our three-minute bespoke videos.
